In the event of any product defect discovered upon receipt, we will arrange for its immediate replacement at no additional cost to the customer, once notified by email (info@genarchcorp.com).

In the case of a non-defective product, it is possible to return it provided that:

a) the date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the return request must not exceed 14 calendar days,

Shipping and return costs, as well as the bank transfer fee of €1.40 for returning funds to the customer's bank account, are borne by the customer.

In any case, in order for a return to be accepted, the product must be accompanied by proof of the order.
